Grovo Acceptable Use Policy

This Grovo Acceptable Use Policy (“Use Policy”) applies to all use of the Services.  Any terms not defined in this Use Policy will have the meaning set forth in the Master Subscription Agreement (or similarly named agreement) between Customer and Grovo.  In accordance with this Use Policy, Customer agrees not to (or allow any third party to) misuse or attempt to misuse the Services, including by:breaching or circumventing any security or authentication measures;

  • interfering with or disrupting any part of the Services;

  • submitting or distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files or other destructive content;

  • using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services;

  • submitting, publishing, or sharing any content that is pornographic, indecent, or contains or encourages illegal or violent acts;

  • submitting, publishing, or sharing any content that promotes or condones hatred or bigotry against any person or group of people based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other core characteristic;

  • creating misleading descriptions, tags, and titles of content;

  • infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties, including by submitting, publishing, or sharing content without authorization;

  • using the Services or any content in the Services in a sensitive context, such as (a) political or viewpoint advertising or endorsements, (b) adult entertainment, dating services, or similar services, (c) context suggesting a physical or mental ailment, or (d) advertisement or promotion of tobacco products;

  • violating the rights of privacy or publicity of End Users or third parties; or

  • violating the law in any way, including by submitting, publishing, or sharing content that’s fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading.
