Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty (PPSIR) wanted to make sure its agents were fluent in the web tools needed to capture leads and close deals, from communicating on social media and email to building an online presence.
PPSIR distributed a grouping of Grovo licenses across its 11 offices. Custom learning tracks were created so individual employees received the training most relevant to their roles.
Common training included email management, Facebook, LinkedIn, web security, Quickbooks, and Expensify.
