To insert a picture from another website to a post, first copy the URL of the image you're looking to insert.

Then, from your post, click the "Add Media" button and select "Insert from URL" to the left.

Paste the image URL into the first field.

If the picture does not show up below, make sure the URL is valid and links directly to the image, not to the page containing that image.

Add a caption that will appear below the image on your site, then the alt text, which will appear if your image doesn't load.

Select an alignment option, then choose whether you want your image, when clicked, to send visitors to the original image URL, a page of your choosing, or nothing.

Click "Inset into post" when you're done.

Note that if the site that contains the picture removes or changes the URL, the picture will appear broken on your site.
