Once you have lists on MailChimp, you can begin adding subscribers one-by-one or in bulk to increase the number of people you're sending emails to when you send out campaigns.

To add contacts to your list, select "Lists" to the left, then click the silhouette icon next to the list you want to add to.

Type in the email address and name for the person you're adding to the list.

Check the box below to confirm that the contact has your permission to be added to the list, then click "Subscribe" to add the subscriber.

To import a large number of subscribers at once, click the down arrow to the right of a list and choose "Import." You can choose to upload a CSV or TXT file from your computer, or copy and paste contacts from an Excel spreadsheet.

If you choose to import from a service, such as Google Contacts or Highrise, you'll have to connect to the service before you can begin to import.

After you've imported your list, choose what data corresponds to each column, then click "Import" to finish.
