The name "Facebook" says it all – people want to see your face. There are two ways of adding a profile picture – by uploading an image to the site, or by using a web cam. First, we'll try uploading a picture. Again, this process starts on your Facebook homepage. To begin, click Upload a Photo.Doing so will allow you to add any image saved to your hard drive onto Facebook. Click Choose Photo then select the image you'd like to upload. Once the image has finished uploading, it will automatically appear on your homepage. To use your web cam to create a profile picture, click Take a Photo. And select the "Allow" radio button to give facebook access to your computers camera. You many have to press the button "look for cameras again" once complete. Once your camera shows up press "Save picture" to save the shot as your profile picture.
