Pages in WordPress are static pages of content that are displayed as tabs across the top of your site.

They allow you to expand beyond just a blog to a more complete website with multiple sections and sub-sections.

To create a page, click the "Add new" link under the Pages tab.

As you type, you can save a draft or preview how your page will look on your blog via the buttons to the right.

For more space to type, click and drag the bottom right corner of the body.

With every draft saved, the word count value and the date saved will update below your page.

Click the "Publish" button to push this page to your live site.

Try to use a short page name as it will appear written horizontally in the tab.
